Shipping policy

How Our Orders Work

All Medieval Memo products are printed on demand and made specifically for you after your order is placed. We work with a network of fulfillment partners to produce and ship your order. Please allow production time in addition to shipping time when estimating your delivery date.

Production Time

Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 2 to 7 business days after your order is placed. Production times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, and high volume periods. Weekends and public holidays are not included in production time estimates. Occasionally production may take longer due to stock availability, quality checks, or order volume.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3 to 7 business days after production is complete. Total estimated delivery time for US orders is 5 to 14 business days from the date of purchase under normal conditions. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the fulfillment partner producing your order.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary depending on your location, the fulfillment provider, and customs clearance. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for international orders to arrive. Some regions may experience longer delivery windows depending on local carrier availability and customs processing times.

We are currently unable to ship to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and North Korea. Additional shipping restrictions may apply during periods of logistics disruption. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country please contact us through our contact page before placing your order.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Medieval Memo has no control over customs processes or associated fees and is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination country.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. During peak seasons including the holiday period production and shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early for time sensitive purchases.

Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple items they may be fulfilled by different production partners and arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us through our contact page with your order number and we will investigate on your behalf. We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Medieval Memo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us through our contact page immediately. We will do our best to correct it before your order enters production but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is submitted.
