Refund & Return Policy

At Medieval Memo all products are printed on demand specifically for you through our fulfillment partners. Because every item is made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to review sizing guides carefully before placing your order as sizes vary by product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed please submit a request through our contact form within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a photo, and a clear description of the issue and we will resolve it with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item please contact us through our contact form within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will send the correct item as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please reach out through our contact form and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner on your behalf.

Sizing

Because all items are printed on demand we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Each product page includes a sizing guide. Please review it carefully before ordering. When in doubt size up.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipping to the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Please reach out through our contact form to initiate a return under EU consumer protection law.
