How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are printed on demand and typically ship within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location. International orders may take longer. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

What is your return and refund policy?
Because every item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer's remorse. However if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will replace it at no cost to you. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will make it right.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
We sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@medievalmemo.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement as quickly as possible.

Available sizes and colors vary by product and are listed on each individual product page. All apparel is unisex unless otherwise noted. If you have a question about a specific product that isn't answered on the listing, contact us hello@medievalmemo.com and we will answer within two business days.
